We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, here’s our policy:
- You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags/labels attached.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless the item is defective, damaged, or not as described).
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Sale items and personalized/custom products are generally non-returnable unless defective.
Defective or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days at support@etoslux.com with photos. We will provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or replacement.
